 Standard File Preflight Services
 Along with your print order, we perform a Standard Digital File Preflight service (at no additional cost) to help ensure that your files have been provided in accordance to our Computer-to-Plate Essential File Requirements. During this procedure the following services are performed:
- That all neccessary materials (e.g. fonts, support graphics, etc.) have been provided and are compatible with our equipment and workflow.
- That your final layout file has been supplied to the correct size specifications and contains minimum 1/8" bleed allowance and safety area.
- That your final layout file contains the amount of colors you've indicated on the File Output Request Form.
- That there are no glaring visual errors (such as significant text reflow or misplaced/missing graphics)
- That your final layout file fits physical and/or digital dielines.
- Additionally, we will prepare your files for plates, including setting color traps and placing your individual page layouts into position on final press sheet size.

MPORTANT NOTE: Standard Preflight Service not to exceed one hour from initial file preflight to creation of plates. This service does NOT include file corrections or checking for complex file construction issues (such as incorrect or undesirable color output, complex file structures (such as transparent graphics, blends, gradients, and drop shadows) or images which may output poorly due to low image resolution and other factors.
