Our Presses & Plating Equipment
Welcome to the inner workings of Stoughton Printing Co. Following are photos and descriptions of some of the equipment essential to the production of our quality packaging.
HEIDELBERG 74 Our 74 is the latest addition to our stable of Heidelberg presses. It is equipped for waterless printing with TRI Services individual zone roller chillers, features Alcolor dampening, Printing Research Air Blanket II infrared drying, HD steel jacket transfer system, CPC-1.03 CPTronic control devices, Auto-Plate automatic plate hanging, CPC-1.04 auto register, dedicated tower coating unit for applying water-based coatings, and four foot extended delivery. This press can print one to six colors inline, with coating, at up to 15,000 impressions per hour. When she's flat out, she hums!
HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER Model 102S+L Our big guy! This 40" Six Color sheetfed press features Alcolor dampening, Printing Research inter-deck HV drying, Printing Research Air Blanket II infrared drying, Super Blue II Mark-Less system, CPC-1.03 control devices, and a dedicated tower coating unit for applying a variety of water-based coatings, primers and blister coating inline.
HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER Model 10FP+L Our 40" 5 Color sheetfed press features Alcolor dampening, Graphix combo shortwave/medium wave infrared drying, Graphix heated and cold air knives, Super Blue Mark-Less system, CPC-1.03 CPTronic control devices, dedicated tower coating unit for applying a variety of water-based coatings inline, and perfector unit to enable 4/1 or 5/0 printing.
