PREPRESS WORKFLOW PROCESS
When files are submitted to Stoughton Printing for computer-to-plate output, they must undergo a series of technical file preparation and approval procedures before they can be scheduled for press. Your understanding of this process will greatly assist you in setting your final delivery schedules.

The entire prepress process could require from 3 days to several weeks (from the time of initial electronic file Preflight to the creation of PDF/HP proofs and plates) depending upon factors such as: amount of file corrections, current workload, and turnaround time of client approvals throughout the prepress workflow process.
